Sometime IPMI not responding . It can be remotely restart using IPMI util at linux –

ipmitool -H <SERVER-IP> -U <IPMI-USER> -P <IPMI-PASS> mc reset cold

*Prerequisite, install IPMITools , at CENTOS

 yum install ipmitool -y
